Get Halloween Ready With Home Bargains **REVIEW**

*Review*

Halloween is just around the corner and this year as our schools half term falls on Halloween we are surprising the kids with a Halloween break in Cornwall!

Whilst we don't really do the trick or treating thing we still like to have lots of fun over Halloween and usually opt to find a family friendly kids Halloween party to attend which the kids love! I have such fond memories as a child of my mum putting up Halloween decorations and cooking us a Halloween themed tea (think spaghetti worms and sausage "fingers") and so this is something I try to do with James and Evelyn now too.

Just because we are going to be on holiday this year doesn't mean we won't still be getting in the Halloween spirit though! The holiday park we are going to has lots of Halloween themed events, activities and a disco. I also plan on decorating our caravan and so when Home Bargains offered to send us some of their Halloween range I knew it would be perfect for taking with us to decorate the caravan!

Home Bargains has a fantastic Halloween range at really affordable prices too, everything from table wear to costumes and everything in between. Here are some of our favourite bits from their range.

I always think when it comes to decorating for Halloween it can be the little details that make all the difference and these glitter spiders and plastic eyes balls are perfect for just that! They would make great additions to a Halloween inspired buffet table or decorating around the house. They aren't too scary either so perfect for younger children to enjoy too. You could even at a spooky eyeball or two into a jug of cocktail or juice for a spooky twist (obviously you can't eat them though!).

Its handy to have some sweets and treats on hand when Halloween comes around in case you get some trick or treaters at your door. Home Bargains has a great range of sweets and chocolates but these Halloween inspired chocolate coins have to be my favourite. Each coin has a Halloween image from witches to pumpkins and even cats on and as they are individually wrapped they are perfect for handing out to trick or treaters or having on the table for a Halloween party.

Of course if your planning on taking the kids trick or treating, to a party or even just for some Halloween fun at home then a costume if a must! Home Bargains stock a fantastic range of full costumes including these fun masks that are perfect for completing any outfit. If a mask isn't your thing though there are also these fab face painting kits available to create your very own scary designs. The kit comes with everything you need including a variety of colours, sponges to apply and even nail polish to finish off your look.

These Halloween inspired tumblers will be perfect for the kids at the table and tie in nicely with doing the spooky meal I mentioned above. They have a sturdy lid and flexible straw perfect for younger kids. They also have a large plastic handle so kids can carry these around with them and there no need to worry about spillages.

Finally I spotted these fun and quirky lights. Considering we are going away this year these are a great find and I will definitely be packing them away in our suitcase to bring along with us. They would make a great addition to any outfit especially if you are heading to a disco as lights like this at venues can be pretty pricey! The pumpkin light glows orange and the skull light flashes a variety of colours including blue, yellow and orange.

The items above are just some of the items Home Bargains has to offer this Halloween so make sure to head over to the Home Bargains website to check out the full Halloween range! Where its a big party, small family gathering or costumes for the kids you are looking for im certain they will have something to help you out and at a fantastic price too.

I was definitely surprised at how good the quality was of all the items we tried out. I am guilty of sometimes thinking that a lower price means lower quality but that's really not the case here and we have been really impressed with the quality and feel of all of our items.

Make sure you keep an eye on our social media accounts to see our fully decorated caravan using the products above and also the kids costumes this year, we can't wait to share them with you all!

xXx
